I had an idea for this character for a while: basically an assassin with a court-jester motif. Just never knew what to
do with him. The mask was somewhat inspired by that of Olidammara, a deity from Dungeons and Dragons en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Olidamma…
Then I figured he'd make a wonderful edition to the Waywachrie of the Nextuus saga that Quil has created.
