I just got into Homestar Runner for about a year, and I especially have fun watching the Halloween episodes (They rank right up there with those of The Simpsons). The Brothers Chaps come up with some of the coolest (albeit esoteric) costumes for the characters to wear. So I thought I would try my own costumes for each character.
Here's Homestar as Doctor Who. Comments I don't watch this, but this is probably one of the best Homestar-related things I've seen in a long time.

Hehe, I like your choice of the Fourth though. Perfect for Homestar. I've seen the Strong Bad Cyberman and it's pretty cool.
His "You will be DELETED!" quote works in at least two levels. I figured that the Fourth Doctor was the most recognizable of all the Doctors, so I went with him. -- "Sometimes you follow your heart. Homestar would totally go for jelly babies.
